This policy helps prevent no-shows and last-minute cancellations, ensuring smooth operations and reliable service for all customers.Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

Please read the following terms carefully regarding cancellations or changes to your booking.
You can modify or cancel your appointment using the confirmation email we send.

  • More than 24 hours before your appointment: Changes, cancellations, and refunds are allowed.

  • Within 24 hours: Changes, cancellations, and refunds are not allowed.

  • No-shows: Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate the next customer.In such cases, the full service fee will still apply.

・Allergic Reactions or Skin Issues

We are not responsible for medical costs resulting from unexpected allergic reactions or skin issues.
Please disclose your medical history accurately during the consultation or questionnaire.

Cash Payments or Installments

If you cannot pay online, we accept cash payments in the following cases:

  • No bank account or credit card.

  • Need to pay in installments.
